It also has the resources to the details are there where they are needed so a smooth running project will occur.

The project management life cycle is an all encompassing methodology that covers a project from its inception as an idea to the final conclusion of placing a deliverable on the market. Each step is clearly defined with lists of tasks that need to be competed for the next phase to commence.
